Let's hear it for my boy

Charles has finally been given the all-clear on the hearing front. It's feels like it's been a long time coming.

When he was born within a couple of hours someone was poking wires in and telling the still-pretty-dazed me that he couldn't hear as well as would be expected.

Then there's been about 6 hearing tests since, all of which have shown some sort or blockage. But now hurrah it's all OK. So now there will be no more creeping up behind him, giving him little shocks, in my own (terribly scientific) effort to see if he can hear. I know, poor lad.

One thing to be neurotic about just ticked off the list. One down, a hellova lot to go!
