Ever since writing on posture recently for a health magazine I've become less content to slouch, hunched over my laptop whilst sitting on my children's toy box. This is literally how I've worked for the last 2 years, but frankly it's gotta stop! What's the point in going to a once weekly pilates class, if the rest of the week is spent folded up on a children's storage item!
